campina’s monchou is a well-known term. especially the monchou cake is a tried and true recipe. but how do you make sure that this cream cheese gets a permanent spot in everyone’s refrigerator?

Becoming every customer’s favorite brand is every retailer’s dream. So we developed a loyalty program that inspires consumers to use MonChou in their daily meals. This is why MonChou for You was created: a type of fan club for this cream cheese that consists of a website full of recipes, cooking contests, theme dishes and a Q&A section.

But how can you get people to join the club? Existing users are incited to register with MonChou for You via stickers on the cream cheese packaging so that they can benefit from the advantages. In addition, they can invite friends and family to parties and dinners via e-cards, through which they also come into contact with MonChou for You. It appears that this is something that is used quite often.

This way Campina not only strengthens its relationship with existing MonChou users but also gets a better idea of the target group and usage of the products. This lead to product innovations such as MonChou Zacht & Luchtig (MonChou Soft and Airy). And last but not least: With MonChou for You Campina recruits new fans in a smart manner.
